Meet the team

Abuse at Kingsway School, Watford, Hertfordshire in the 1980's/1990's

We are currently acting on behalf of a survivor who suffered child abuse at the hands of Terence Back while at Kingsway School, Watford, Hertfordshire. The assaults took place in the late 1980s, early 1990s.

We are supporting the survivor in obtaining compensation to assist them in their recovery from the assaults and to pay for the medical treatment they have paid for privately.

If you were a pupil at Kingsway School, Watford, in the late 1980s or early 1990s, or worked there during that time you may be able to help the survivor obtain justice and compensation for the abuse they endured. Indeed, if you had contact at Kingsway School, or at Whitehall school, Uxbridge, Middlesex, in the 1970s, where Terence Back also worked, please contact us on 0333 323 1632.  Alternatively, please email us at at  enquiries@ibbclaims.co.uk or complete our online form.

Supporting victims of abuse in schools

If you have experienced emotional, physical or sexual abuse at school, or boarding school, you could be entitled to compensation. Contact our compassionate child abuse solicitors today for advice on making a compensation claim in order to obtain the financial resources to help recover from the abuse and to bring the perpetrator to justice.

Whether the abuse was recent or historic, the trauma of abuse is likely to affect a victim throughout their lives. Compensation for the abusecould provide access to specialist child abuse therapists and psychologists, alcohol or drug addiction programs and, in some cases, employment training opportunities.

We offer a No-Win No-Fee Agreement so there is no financial risk involved if you are not successful.  To discuss your case or to make an appointment please contact us on 0333 123 9099. Alternatively, please email us at  enquiries@ibbclaims.co.uk or complete our online form
